ABSTRACT:
Resilience is the ability to adapt, recover, and thrive in the face of adversity. In today’s fast-paced and challenging world, building mental strength is crucial for overall well-being. It is not merely about enduring hardship but about developing the mental, emotional, and behavioural flexibility to navigate life’s uncertainties. This paper explores key strategies to enhance resilience and promote holistic growth by integrating psychological, emotional, social, and physical well-being. It emphasizes the role of self-awareness, optimism, and adaptability in fostering resilience.
